I met Patrick as soon as I drove up. He was very pleasant and extended himself to assist me from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He listened to my wants and needs and he took them into consideration when he bought me a car to test drive. Clear Lake Nissan is for real from the Service Department reception to repair technician maintainence to cashing-out and driving away. Normally, I'm a bit tentative about going to a dealership for repairs and service; especially when I'm traveling many states away from my home. I came in asking for an oil change and a tire rotation. I left Clear Lake, paying a very reasonable price for an oil change and tire rotation. But, I also got a video multi-point vehicle inspection, the topping-off of all of my fluid levels and a free, very nicely done car wash! If I didn't live in North Carolina, I'd be making Clear Lake Nissan my preferred home for all of my vehicle maintainence and purchasing needs.

Best Nissan dealership in the Clear-Lake, Houston area. Their Service manager Brian took our concerns in to consideration and put us on to one of their best service advisor Jennifer. She took amazing care of us and ultimately we had an exceptional experience.
In 2011 I moved to Houston straight from college with nothing but a back pack. I couch surfed on a coworkers couch for 4 weeks while working on ships. I had my first child on the way and had to get some transportation. The people at clear lake Nissan understood my needs, and didn't try to upsell me on anything but what I needed. They went the extra mile until 11pm getting me new college graduate offers and discounts. I walked out with a used Altima at 3% for 60 months. Years later I needed a Truck. I didn't hesitate to stop by and see the inventory. I got my first New truck, a 2014 Frontier 4x4. That truck just hit 100k miles, only thing I've worked on is a belt tensioner and idle pulley I did myself. That truck hasn't missed a single beat, even during slough I put it through during Hurricane Harvey. When or if I look for a bigger truck (looking at you Titan) I will make sure to stop by there during my search.
Traded in my Lexus suv for a used F-150 that they had for sale and couldn’t be happier with the deal they made with me. The truck was already listed for a great price and they gave me an even better deal on my trade in value on the Lexus. Outside of the deal they made I was really impressed with everyone I worked with at this dealership, from the salesman to the finance department. Would gladly buy another car from this dealership in the future.

Derrick is a man of his word. He told me to just bring my vehicle in for the inspection and he’ll get it in. When I arrived he told me that he’s got me and he certainly took care of it and got my vehicle washed. Thank you for your honesty and integrity as that’s hard to find anymore. People still don’t understand why I drive a Nissan, I tell them this is why. The people who take care of my vehicle makes me love it.

From the time that we stepped on the lot, it was someone there to help us answer all our questions give us all the answers on the car that we were looking to purchase very helpful. He took his time went through everything with us. The financial advisor took his time with us went over everything with us. Make sure we understood everything that we have questions left their business cards for anytime. We need to ask other questions about the vehicle or the financing process, I do recommend this to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle
This was the fastest I've ever been in and out. I'm usually there for just an oil change and several times been in there for 4 hours and longer. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed yesterday! About 30 minutes! My service rep was on the ball and took great care of me and my car! And the the staff that took care of my car. Shot the video and sent to me quickly ! After all my bad experiences at other Nissan dealerships I said this one would be the last one that I would try. My first oil change on my new Nissan was a great experience. In-N-Out in 30 minutes, I was treated like a VIP, delicious espresso and snacks were provided while I watch TV and Kristie the service provider couldn’t have been more delightful.
Our salesman Leo was great. He was very informative. He also helped us when the porters forgot to detail my car. He filled it up with gas and allowed us to come back and get our new car detailed. He was very helpful and made the experience of buying a new car easy.
Went in for an oil change and a state inspection. Found I needed to replace my brakes. I was alerted that if this work wasn't done I wouldn't pass my state inspection, and so I did it. I was told about the brakes before the inspection was started so as to prevent a failed test, I very much appreciate that. Service was great. Shuttle took me home while I waited for the work to be done and they picked me up after. Everyone was very nice. One small thing though, I had an appointment at 730am, and arrived on time. Didn't get the video point inspection until 9:02. I'm not fluent in car repair or inspections but I just thought that if I made an appointment for 730, the work would have gotten underway sooner. Other than that everyone was very nice and professional, Derrick was very good at communicating and took excellent care of myself and my vehicle.
Cannon was a professional online manager who convinced me it was worth going to their dealership and explore my options to buy my next SUV. I was very nervous since I had not purchased a vehicle in over 12 years! I was met by Julian our sales representative who was superb! He was patient, knowledgeable and very hospitable! He sold the Rogue because he was persistent alongside Ryan a (kind-genuine) manager who gave us the best deal in Houston-Clear Lake! I was very content with Pat the finance officer who was able to educate us on the different warranties offered and how they were important to have. Kudos to the Nissan Clear Lake team for your outstanding job. I love my pre-owned 2022 Nissan Rogue SL❤️ It only had 5,000 miles!

I love this dealership. From the first time I walked in to look at vehicles, to when we returned and made the purchase, to when we first spoke with Doug in service and he gave us some good advice about what might fix our problem. Then we called to say we were still having the problem he got us scheduled right away and got us into a loaner car. Then he stayed in contact at least twice a day to let us know the status of the work. Awesome place and people.
